1. Summary of progress since February 2025
Since the publication of the last report, our organization has continued to progress along the identified priority areas:
- Employment: more inclusive job descriptions, collaboration with specialized organizations
- Built environment: planning for automatic doors, evaluation of braille signage
- ICT: digital accessibility audit in progress, internal guides in development
- Communication: internal guide for inclusive documents, systematic subtitling
- Procurement: accessibility criteria in calls for tender
- Programs & Services: Accessibility Checklist, Planned Awareness Workshops
- Transportation: schedule adjustments, feasibility assessment for accessible equipment
2. Consultation & feedback management
The feedback process remains active via email, phone, and mail. Acknowledgments are sent within 24 hours and processing within 7 days. To date, 85% of internal respondents have positively perceived our efforts. The tracking mechanisms and the accessibility committee are maintained.

- Recruitment of people with disabilities still difficult
- High costs for adapting specialized vehicles
- Accessible suppliers still limited

Conclusion
Transport Sylvester & Forget is continuing its efforts according to the plan established in January 2025, with concrete progress in all targeted areas. We are strengthening internal awareness, making progress in physical and digital accessibility, and strengthening our feedback mechanisms. This progress report reflects this progress in preparation for the next update of the three-year plan.
